Cancellation and Refund Policy

This page summarises how cancellations and refunds work for tours booked on tamcocboatride.com. The full terms are in our Booking Terms.

1. Free cancellation up to 3 days before

Cancel up to 3 days (72 hours) before your scheduled pickup time and everything you have paid is refunded to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

2. Within 3 days of departure

Within 3 days of departure, including no-shows, 30% of the tour price is charged because the car and guide are already committed. If you paid in full, we refund the other 70%; if you paid the 30% deposit, the deposit covers the charge and nothing more is due.

3. Changing your date

Rescheduling is free up to 3 days before departure, subject to availability. Date changes are arranged over WhatsApp.

4. When we change or cancel

If the authorities halt the Tam Coc boats for high water or a storm, a private Tam Coc boat ride moves to another date free of charge or is refunded in full; on the day trip from Hanoi the boat is replaced by Hang Mua, with no partial refund, or the date moves free. If we ever have to cancel a tour for any other reason, you receive a full refund.

5. How to cancel

Message us on WhatsApp or email us with your order number. We confirm the cancellation and the amount refunded in writing.
